Functional responsibilities:

• administration, support and development of the distance learning platform;
• development and implementation of training programs/courses aimed at the development of key skills and competencies of employees;
• updating content on the platform, ensuring relevance information;
• evaluation of training effectiveness: analysis of training results, collection and analysis of feedback from participants;
• cooperation with internal experts to develop trainings;
• participation in other projects of the training department.
