For work you will need:

• Experience as a training specialist, online education methodologist, Instructional designer, UX/UI designer
• Experience in creating content (courses, presentations, simulations, videos, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in design (color, typography, composition, etc.)
• Copywriting/rewriting skills
• Experience in Articulate 360 ​​software and administration of LMS systems, desirable
• Work with vector graphics (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Confident user of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• English from A2

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Development of electronic courses in Articulate 360 ​​software
• Rewriting company instructions taking into account tone-of -voice "Silpo"
• Creation of vector graphics for educational materials
• Administration of LMS systems
• Development of tests and interactive educational tasks
• Monitoring updates of company instructions and regulations, updating educational materials
