Dispatcher of the cooling equipment department (maternity position) in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:
In this position you will be part of a team that ensures efficient management of refrigeration equipment by organizing its movement between warehouses, inventory control and maintenance. Your role will be to dispatch orders, maintain documentation and optimize processes related to beverage equipment. You will collaborate with other divisions of the company, introduce new approaches to work and improve existing processes. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop professionally and contribute to the stable operation of the company.

Our new team members have:
• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferably in the field of logistics, maintenance or management);
• Work experience in a similar position (will be an advantage);
• Ability to work with PC (Microsoft Office, SAP);
• Attention to detail, responsibility and organization;
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with other departments.

You can be successful in this role if:
• You will dispatch and send orders for the movement of refrigeration equipment between warehouses;
• You will control the correct design documentation, equipment inventory and write-off processes in SAP;
• Compile daily and monthly reports on accounting and movement of equipment;
• Communicate best practices to your colleagues and participate in the implementation of new approaches;
• Initiate cooperation with other departments to solve complex issues.
