Basic responsibilities:

1. Receiving requests from the consumer (at any time 24/7) by mobile phone or e-mail.
2. Registering requests by mobile by communication in the Journal of registration of applications (paper version).
3. Creating a service application in the EasyProject system (task) received by mobile communication. Designation of the task executor.
4. Broadcasting appeals to the executors responsible for the product (system) by means of mobile communication (at any time 24/7).
5. Processing of service requests that are received by e-mail "ѕег?ісе@impulse.ua", through the EasyProject system. Appointment of the executor of the tasks. Removal of tasks if the letter contains information that does not relate to the service department and falls under the category of "spam".
6. Control of deadlines for the execution of requests and tasks to assigned executors (periodic reminders to the executor about tasks and the need for a response).

8. Works on filling the ZHCI database:

• entering information about the supply of products according to the "Supply Structure" data in the "IT Enterprise" system (creating a tree nesting of each module, cabinet, system);
• introduction of specified composition of systems according to the results of service maintenance (in the ZHCI database until 2021 there is no reliable data on the composition of MOC-U, MDC-U systems that are working);
• clarification and correct filling of the supply object for further statistical processing of failures by means of IT Enterprise;
• entering data on the introduction of products into industrial IT operation Enterprise;
• entering information about the guarantee (start date and duration);
• entering information about the finalization of products by the consumer;
• keeping the records of the service department (letters, business trip, report card, sl. notes, creating projects in EasyProject, etc., maintenance of service contracts).

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 5 years in UZ structures (ШЧ, Ш)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of operation of SBC and communication devices. Maintenance of technical documentation on SCB devices
• Knowledge of typical project solutions of electrical centralization, auto-blocking, dispatching centralization. (Preferred)
• MS Office, MS Project
