We are seeking a Dispatcher in our Customer Support Division with a strong customers and sales orientation. The ideal candidate will be polite, enthusiastic about communication, and deeply passionate about their work. This role emphasizes sales responsibilities, prioritizing customer satisfaction and nurturing positive relationships to drive our success.

• Long-term position ONLY.
• Schedule: from 8-9 am to 6-7 pm, PST time zone, 2 days off per week (flexible).
• Probation period: 1 month
• Salary: Basic salary — 700,00 $, plus bonuses (from 300,00$ to 800,00$.)

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize a sales-oriented approach in all communications with customers to identify and address their needs.
• Engage in proactive dialogue with clients, suggesting supplementary services that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional service and support, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Efficiently schedule technicians' jobs in our system to guarantee timely and reliable service delivery.
