We are an American logistics company based in California. We are engaged in logistics in the US market.
We have more than 1000 drivers and now we are looking for Dispatchers to join our team in Bulgaria.

Отговорности

- Working with internal logistics systems.
- Making sure the delivery process goes smoothly and providing our clients with great customer service.
- Putting location and other kinds of updates of the drivers into the database.
- Answering calls/emails from our clients or brokers.
- Monitoring of our transportation applications.
- Clarification of all details with drivers and transport brokers.

Изисквания и необходими умения

- A good level of both spoken and written English (B2-C1).
- Any previous experience in Logistics and/or in US-based companies will be a big plus.
- Confident PC user.
- Experience with MS Office and/or G-Suite is desirable.
- Native Ukrainian or Russian speaking candidate
