We invite to our team DIRECTOR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRADING NETWORK.
Key tasks:
- Development of the Company's network development strategy.
- Formation of a plan for the opening of outlets in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava.
- Opening of new outlets (management of the process from the search for premises to the opening of facilities; communication with all departments).

- Monitoring of potential locations for the opening of new outlets in accordance with the requirements of the Company.
- On-site inspections of locations/premises.
- Preparation of reports for location coordination.
- Documentary support for the opening of retail outlets. Conducting the procedure for concluding lease agreements, agreeing the terms of cooperation. Control over the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts.
- Compilation of the schedule for the execution of all works before the opening of the store, coordination of the work of the departments involved in the opening. Control of works on preparation of locations for opening (connecting communications, landscaping).
- Setting tasks and coordinating the work of the development department.
- Preparation of the budget, financial planning and reporting on the department.

Weexpect:
- Experience of working in the department / development department in large companies for at least 5 years, including in management positions, at least 2 years.
- Experience working with commercial real estate.
- A confident user of MsO, PowerPoint, 1C.
- Knowledge of the legal framework.
- Strategic thinking .
- Ability to achieve set goals.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Readiness for business trips, category B license, car.
