< li>Deeply understands the operational processes of the shopping center and knows how to effectively manage them.
• Proactively contribute to the improvement of operational and digital processes, implement changes and innovations.
• Monitor the implementation of the budget and take corrective measures in a timely manner .

• Will solve critical issues and force majeure situations to maintain the smooth operation of the shopping center.
• Has excellent analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.

• Experience with 1C, Excel, PowerPoint.
