Director of the plant of a cosmetic and pharmaceutical company in Viktoriya-Ukraina Kepital Grupp

A large international production company in the field of cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry invites a Plant Director to work. The company's production is located in m. Uzhhorod. We are considering candidates with the possibility of relocation.

The company provides military reservation.

Candidate requirements: 

• Management experience: Successful proven experience in management positions (CEO, CEO, Plant Director, Operations Director) in large manufacturing or international companies (preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry).
• Manufacturing expertise: Deep understanding of production processes, experience working with technical support of enterprises and knowledge of modern quality management methods.
• Language skills: Mandatory knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2-C1 (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) for conducting negotiations, international communication and working with documentation.
• Leadership qualities: High strategic planning skills, ability to make balanced decisions, strong communication and management skills.
• Location: Willingness to relocate or live in the city of Uzhhorod.

Main duties:

• Strategic production management: Full managing the operational activities of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with international standards for the production of cosmetic products.
• Customer relationship management (CRM): Development and maintenance of key partnerships, interaction with international customers and suppliers, understanding of market needs and adaptation of production processes.
• Technical support and optimization: Control over the technical condition of production lines, modernization of equipment, implementation new technologies and process optimization to increase productivity.
• Personnel management and team building: Leadership, motivation and development of multifunctional teams. Ensuring effective interaction between departments (production, logistics, quality, sales).
• Financial and administrative management: Ensuring the implementation of key performance indicators (KPI), budgeting, cost control and maximizing the profitability of the enterprise

We offer:

• Basic salary: 200,000 - 250,000 hryvnias per month.
• Compensation for moving expenses (relocation package): 20,000 hryvnias every month for 1 year.
• Annual bonus: 25% of annual income for achieving key performance indicators (KPI).
