Director of an independent business unit (remote) in MIRS

The company is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of the best global manufacturers, carefully monitoring trends and selecting the necessary products and collections for Ukrainian consumers.

We are looking for an energetic Director of SBO dishes of the premium segment (HoReCa, B2B, B2C)

• Strategic and operational planning skills
• Knowledge of financial management, P&L analysis
• Product management experience and brands
• Understanding the specifics of the market, including the features of selling tableware
• Skills in building partnerships with customers in the HoReCa, B2B, B2C segments
• Ability to make complex decisions and responsibility for them.
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to new conditions.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to effectively perform tasks in multitasking.

• Development and implementation of a long-term strategy for the development of SBO
• Management of financial indicators of the division (P&L)
• Planning and control, analysis of profits and costs
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the financial goals of SBO
• Conducting profitability analysis of the product portfolio
• Determining promising directions for development
• Evaluating and improving the team's work efficiency (KPI)
• Market monitoring of the competitive environment
• Coordination of the work of a team that covers several areas and consists of 21 employees, namely: regional sales managers, product marketing department, managers of sales, pricing specialist.
