Director of a group of companies in Promotion

Our client, a producer and exporter of sunflower oil, is holding a competition for the position of Director of a group of companies. Responsibilities: Implementation of the strategic plan of the group of enterprises; Implementation of operational management and control of economic activity; Development and implementation of a business plan, setting goals and objectives for management; Control over the implementation of the group's financial indicators; Organization of the most effective interaction between departments; Communication with regulatory bodies; Deep understanding of security functions in business; Negotiations with foreign counterparties. Necessary qualifications and skills: Higher education; Successful experience in managing an enterprise with at least 3 production capacities years; Experience in foreign economic activity (export of agricultural products) is mandatory; In-depth professional knowledge of the agricultural market of Ukraine; Combination of excellent knowledge of strategic management with experience of operational and anti-crisis management; Understanding of corporate finances, experience in the formation and analysis of corporate reporting for Owners and Supervisors Boards; Experience in managing work efficiency and evaluation, development and control of KPI. MBA certificate - welcome; Experience working in foreign companies will be an advantage; Readiness for business trips; Excellent command of English.
