Director of a financial company (MFI) in Staff Service

Our partner, a dynamic and reliable non-bank financial institution specializing in providing effective financial solutions, including factoring, lending and other financial services for individuals and businesses. The company operates in accordance with the requirements of the financial legislation of Ukraine and is regulated by the National Bank of Ukraine.

In connection with the active development and expansion of the areas of activity, we are opening a vacancy: Director of a microfinance organization (MFI).

Duties

• General strategic and operational management of the company
• Management of credit policies and loans
• Ensuring transparent compliance with the requirements of the law and financial regulators
• Implementation control business goals and KPIs
• Optimizing processes to increase operational efficiency
• Budgeting and control of financial results
• Building and developing a team of professionals

Requirements for candidate

• Current knowledge and practical understanding of the microcredit market for 2025-2026, taking into account changes in regulation, approaches to lending, etc.
• Experience in management positions in the financial sector (MFIs, financial companies)
• Deep knowledge of credit analysis, risk management, financial control
• Understanding of financial legislation and NBU regulations
• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, decision-making skills
• Higher education (Banking / Finance / Management)
