• Organization of efficient operation of the maintenance station and its individual units (spare parts selling department, maintenance and repair shop, warranty service, as well as a car repair shop); >
• Development and implementation of business plan of the enterprise and budget;
• Achieving the targets for maintenance and repair of cars, as well as the sale of spare parts; personnel, motivation, conflict resolution (if they are out of charge) and control over the work of the team;
• Effective cooperation with clients: search for new customers, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing, providing high level of satisfaction; >
• Organization of permanent and optimal loading of repair shops;
