Food manufacturing company looking for a Manager!

Requirements:

• work experience at a manufacturing enterprise;

Functional responsibilities:

• Organization of timely preparation of production, rational loading and operation of equipment;
• Effective management of enterprise personnel;
• Ensure continuous and technologically correct operation of equipment during the technological process in compliance with safety rules and regulations;
• Control over compliance with approved production capacity standards during production products, product output standards, packaging;
• Ensuring product quality control at each stage;
• Conduct analysis of energy consumption, product cost, production labor productivity, product output, material consumption according to established standards;
• Determination of resource needs: personnel, material, technical.
• Continuous analysis of production activities: implementation of the plan, efficiency of resource use, cost indicators.
• Ensuring the development and observance of standards of consumption of raw materials, materials, control over their effective use.

Working conditions:

• work schedule from Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• highly paid and timely remuneration;
• official employment.
