Director requirements Pharmaceutical enterprises:

1. Education and qualification

- higher pharmaceutical or medical education (specialty "Pharmacy", "Medicine", "Pharmacy management", etc.).  

is a certificate of a pharmacist or other appropriate qualification.  

- additional education, economy or business administration (MBA will be an advantage) is advisable.  

2. Work experience

- Experience in the field of pharmacy from 5 years.  

- Experience in management positions (pharmacy manager, regional manager, commercial director, etc.) from 3 years. /P>

3. Knowledge and skills

-a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, the legislation of Ukraine on the circulation of medicinal products.  

- Experience of strategic and operational management of the pharmacy network.  

- budgeting, financial planning skills, business process analysis.  

- the ability to work with suppliers, negotiate, control purchases and logistics.  

- knowledge of marketing strategies in the field of pharmacy.  

- experience of personnel management, formation of an effective team, motivation of employees.  

4. Personal qualities

- leadership skills, strategic thinking.  

is a high level of responsibility and organization.  

- the ability to work in stress and make prompt decisions.  

- communication skills, negotiation skills.  

5. Knowledge of legislation

- regulatory requirements for pharmacy activity.  

- license conditions for pharmacies.  

- sanitary and pharmaceutical standards.  

- tax and labor legislation concerning a pharmacy business.  

It is desirable that the candidate has the experience of automation of pharmacy processes, work with CRM systems and ERP programs.
