The Woodtechnic company invites a result-oriented and development-oriented DIRECTOR

Main goals and objectives:

• construction, systematization and optimization of business processes for the effective functioning of the company in each of the departments (commercial, technical, accounting, personnel, supply and others), organization of work and interaction of teams
• control/management of processes, their effectiveness and efficiency, their improvement and development of new ones if necessary
• coordination of work on the development of production and increasing the volume of sales of finished products
• formation of the company's budget and target indicators and their analysis (year, quarter, month)
• execution of profit plan
• evaluation of the efficiency of the Company's divisions
• implementation of new, effective approaches to operational activities
• cooperation with the owner of the company on the expansion and scaling of activities

Our ideal candidate:

• Has proven successful experience as a company manager
• Worked in a medium-sized business reporting directly to the owner
• Developed and implemented business strategies
• Able to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve high results
• Professional higher education (economics, management, administration). Additional business education will be an advantage.
