The State Property Fund of Ukraine is looking for adirector of the State Enterprise Management Department

Tasks awaiting theDirector of the Department:

- preparation of proposals for the inclusion of state-owned objects in the lists of objects to be privatized;

- coordination within the scope of competence of the work of sub-departmental state enterprises for their implementation set tasks and achievement of strategic goals. Control over the preservation of state property;

- participation in interdepartmental commissions and commissions established by state authorities, and ensuring representation in these commissions of interests related to corporate governance;

- preparation of proposals on the termination of state enterprises/institutions/organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the Fund. Participation in the work of commissions, working groups on the termination of state-owned enterprises and ensuring, within the scope of competence, the preparation of relevant documents;

- ensuring (within the scope of competence) consideration of materials regarding the granting of approvals, the obligation of which is provided for by the statutory documents of the enterprises ;

- coordination of the transfer of property management functions of state-owned enterprises.

You are suitable for us if:

you have management skills, analytical and communication skills, quickly adapt to changes, proactive, have the necessary knowledge in this field, preferably have experience in the public service.

Requirements mandatory requirements:

citizenship of Ukraine;

higher education, not lower than a master's degree;

work experience in civil service positions of category "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years;

fluent command of the state language.

Terms of payment:

job salary - UAH 54,380.

allowances, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Conditions for selection and appointment to a position:

appointment to a position requires a special inspection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";

appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
