Responsibilities:

• Managing the process of preparation and consolidation of financial and corporate reporting in accordance with international standards and business development strategy
• Methodological support and improvement of the process of forming IFRS reporting in the SAP system
• Development of the company's financial, management and analytical reporting system
• Participation in the formation of strategy, analysis of financial indicators for the formation of strategic recommendations
• Implementation of new analytical tools to improve the quality and accuracy of reporting
• Update of internal policies and other documents in the area of responsibility
• Effective team management, development of its potential and efficiency

Requirements:

• 3 years of management experience in a similar position
• Developed financial analysis and business modeling skills
• Experience in building predictive models in turbulent conditions
• Systemic thinking and advanced management skills
• CFA, ACCA and other certifications
• The level of English is Upper Intermediate +
• Compliance with the company's corporate values
