Director of the branch (representative office)

Main responsibilities:

• Management of a branch in the Region (Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy)
• Development of the Company's services in the Region (cleaning, engineering, landscape design).
• Working with the Company's clients, maintaining long-term relationships. Attracting new clients.
• Organization and quality control of the Company's service provision.
• Personnel management (organization, control) - a staff of more than 100 employees.
• Interaction with the Central Office, execution of tasks in the Region according to the development strategy.
• Documentation, reporting, budgeting, etc.

Main requirements:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position (Head of a branch/Representative office, etc.).
• Experience in the field of services is desirable.
• Experience in attracting new clients, interactions with current clients (support).
• Experience in managing operational activities.
• Management and organizational skills. Mobility - readiness for business trips.
• Availability of a car, experienced driver.
• PC knowledge: user of MS Office, etc.
