Director of a company in the telecommunications sector in Intermobikom

Vacancy: Director / Deputy Director of construction and adjustment of mobile communication equipment

Place of work: Kyiv (office + visits to facilities in Ukraine)
Format: Full-time, official employment.

We are looking for a specialist for the position of company manager with experience in the field of telecommunications, construction and adjustment mobile communication equipment.

Main requirements:

• Experience of 5-7 years in management positions (project director, technical director, construction/installation/adjustment manager) in the field of construction, installation and commissioning of mobile communication facilities (BS, antenna mast structures, fiber optic lines, power supply of telecom facilities, etc.);

• Mandatory experience of working with operators: Vodafone, lifecell, Kyivstar, Nokia (as a contractor/integrator), Ukrtelecom or participation in similar projects;

• In-depth knowledge of mobile communication technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), installation/adjustment standards of Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, etc. equipment;

• Experience of managing teams of 10+ people, managing turnkey projects, budgeting, concluding contracts with operators;

• Fluency in English (reading specifications, communicating with foreign suppliers/partners);

• Higher technical education (preferably telecommunications, radio engineering, construction of engineering networks);

• Willingness to work actively in a dynamic company that is actively developing in the telecom sector.

Responsibilities:

• Management of construction, installation and adjustment of telecommunication facilities (mainly mobile communications);

• Search and management of projects with large operators and contractors; 

• Control of quality, deadlines, budgets, security;

• Work with documentation, tenders, technical specifications;

• Development of the company in the direction of telecom construction.
