Director of the production enterprise in Ukrayinska oboronna promislovist

Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint-Stock Company unites more than 60 participating enterprises of the defense industry, which employ about 60,000 employees. 

Responsibilities:

• General management of the enterprise and strategic development.
• Development and implementation of complex projects to update the production base, improve the quality of services, use innovative technological solutions.
• Organization of production processes in accordance with legislative and regulatory acts in the field of defense industry.
• Interaction with state institutions, conducting negotiations with local and international partners.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of managing industrial enterprises in management positions (general director, director, chairman of the board, technical director, etc.). introduction of processes aimed at solving issues of import substitution, development of new types of products and services.
• Higher education in the field: shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, economic, engineering.
• Knowledge of the organization of shipbuilding production, the basics of management, economics and marketing of the enterprise
• Excellent professional reputation, no prosecution for corruption offenses, no outstanding debts criminal records.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Citizenship of Ukraine.
