ARGOPLAST LLC - Ukrainian manufacturer of medical products - invites to the team the Director of production.

Location: Sviatopetrivske, str. Kyivska 63

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, preferably in a technical direction.
• Experience in production positions from 5 years, preferably with team management.
• Ability to plan work, make responsible decisions and work in a team.
• Responsibility, organization, desire for development and improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

• General management of the enterprise and strategic development.
• Strategic management:development and implementation of long-term development plans, adaptation of the owner’s strategy to the specifics of the company.
• Financial and economic activities: budget control, ensuring profitability, asset and property management, signing financial documents. Optimization of cash flows, management of liquidity and investment projects.
• Operational management: control of supply, sales, production processes, as well as coordination of the work of divisions. Optimization of processes, resources and loading of production capacities. Implementation of productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Personnel management: selection, training, adaptation of personnel, approval of the staff list and rules of internal procedure.
• Legal responsibility: representation of the company's interests, interaction with counterparties, government bodies and compliance with labor standards.
• Organization of reporting:control over timely submission financial and tax reporting, tax payment. Formation of a system of key financial indicators and their analytical tracking.

This is a role for a person who thinks systematically and sees production as a mechanism where every node must work without failures.
