Requirements:

• At least 5 years of CTO / Engineering Director / Technical Program Manager experience in hardware / embedded / mechatronics / robotics / automotive areas.
• Practical experience in hardware products;
• Experience of the full cycle of product output: from concept and prototypes to serial production production;
• Higher technical education (engineering, electronics, mechatronics, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or related specialties);
• Knowledge of product preparation processes for production;
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
• Systems thinking;
• Risk management practices;
• Focus, stress resistance, perseverance
• English - B2 - holding meetings with foreign teams and partners.
