We are currently looking for a Marketing Director.

What you will do:

• develop and implement with the team a marketing strategy that engages and sells (B2B and B2C)
• determine and implement the brand communication strategy
• coordinate the work and manage the effectiveness of external and internal teams: SMM, target analyst, designer, photographer, service and care team leader
• monitor the development and execution of the content plan for social networks (Instagram) and develop other channels and platforms
• work closely with the sales and production team to create quality content
• create seasonal concepts and monitor their effectiveness
• form a budget for marketing campaigns

We expect you to:

• have experience in a similar position from 3 years (production and sales will be an advantage)
• can develop and implement a marketing strategy
• have successful experience in managing a team and external contractors
• confidently use analytical tools and CRM systems
• able to work with CPI and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• able to cooperate effectively with other departments
• proficient in English at the B2 level;
• have strategic thinking and a systematic approach, leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a team, able to make decisions based on data and communicate easily with colleagues and partners
