What we expect from you:

• professional experience of at least 3 years in manufacturing and trading companies, preferably FMCG;
• deep understanding and practical experience of marketing communications and tools for their successful implementation;
• experience in developing marketing strategies and tactics for existing and new brands;
• successful launch new products to the Ukrainian market;
• practical experience in market research, determination of marketing metrics, collection of analytical data of the assortment portfolio;
• formation and management of marketing budget;
• understanding the impact of marketing activities on the level of sales;
• excellent analytical skills;
• high decision-making speed and independence.

What will you do:

• manage the marketing department, monitor the performance of subordinates' functional duties;
• create and implement marketing strategies for each of the company's directions and brands;
• determine strategic company goals and their implementation;
• plan, organize, analyze and control marketing activities;
• development and implementation of effective medical, digital and media strategies;
• planning of annual and monthly budgets (PnL, RGK);
• planning, organization, control, analysis of the process of development and output of new TM/SKU (items) ;
• formation of new product pricing and pricing changes for existing products;
• development and implementation BTL events;
• coordinating the goals and objectives of the PR campaign.
