Director of Marketing in UkrZoloto

We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Director who will be a driving force in developing the brand and increasing its recognition.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy: 
  Ensuring long-term brand growth and increasing share market.
  
  
• Planning and budgeting: 
  Development of marketing budget, control of its implementation and analysis of cost effectiveness.
  
  
• Brand management: 
  Formation and support of the unique image of "Ukr Zolot" on the market, brand reputation management.
  
  
• Development digital marketing: 
  Implementation of effective online tools, work with social networks, SEO, PPC, SMM, e-mail marketing.
  
  
• Market analysis: 
  Study of the competitive environment, consumer trends and development of appropriate measures.
  
  
• Management of the marketing team : 
  Managing the marketing department, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
  
  
• Sales support: 
  Development promotions, promotional campaigns, loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and sales volumes.
  
  
• Partnerships: 
  Organization of cooperation with advertising agencies, media and other external ones partners.
  
  
• Team management: 
  A team of specialists is under the command of their own affairs, which require the correct alignment of the company's strategy.

Requirements for the candidate:

Education and experience:

• Higher education in the field marketing, business administration or economy.
• Experience in management positions in the field of marketing (marketing director, head of the marketing department) for at least 5 years.
• Experience in retail or fashion industry will be a significant advantage.

Professional skills:

• In-depth knowledge of modern marketing tools and promotion channels.
• Experience development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• High level of analytical thinking and skills in working with data.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, understanding of working with analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) ).
• Experience in successful team management.
