Brief role:

• You will be officially registered as the director of a Ukrainian LLC, which is a branch of an international group.
• Your role is representative and formal: signing documents, submitting mandatory reports, interacting with banks and state bodies within necessary.
• Real management of the company and decision-making is carried out by a central team from Austria.

Your profile

• Higher education in finance or law (required).

• Fluency in English or German (verbal and written communication).

• Responsibility, reliability and willingness to follow internal instructions.

• Residing in Kyiv or willingness to work remotely from Kyiv.

Duties:

• Signing standard documents (contracts, tax reports, bank documents);
• Maintaining an official electronic mail/electronic office of the enterprise;
• Coordination of actions with the main company (receiving instructions, approval of key documents);
• Formal interaction with the tax office, banks, registrars, if necessary.

The duties of the director will be formal and representative: signing documents, submitting reports, interacting with state bodies — while business management remains with the main offices across the border.This role offers a fixed salary and a clearly defined scope of duties.
