The project is aimed at providing an inclusive, vital protection and assistance to civilian population that was affected by the war in Ukraine. Project. The director of the consortium manages the consortium of Sharp partners to ensure the successful achievement of the goals and results of the project in all the components of the project and to provide a joint vision among the partners of the consortium. The director of the consortium manages the project management of the consortium and is responsible to the Head of the Consortium. He/she is the main contact point of the consortium headed by the Save the Children, for FCDO and all relevant stakeholders in the framework of this project. This position cooperates with the relevant ministries and other key partners to provide high level support in order to strengthen the capabilities at the local, regional and national levels and ensure the sustainable interventions. He/she oversees the experts and support staff teams, prepares reports and annual operating plans, agrees the initiatives of the project with national priorities and ensures that the project is compliance with the requirements of FCDO and Save The Children. The project should be implemented in close matches with current goals of the Government of Ukraine and the humanitarian response plan to ensure the activity and ensure sustainability. it;

  • to provide modern management of the project, including compliance with all contract requirements;

  • to lead the staff of the projected management unit of the consortium and cooperate with the teams of partners of the consortium;l>

    represent Sharp consortium in the defense of FCDO and all other interested parties;

  • communicate and advocate for the protection of vulnerable populations in Ukraine.

    Qualification Requirements

    Master in International Development or Responsible Directions. Experience can replace the master's degree if the candidate has a bachelor's degree.

    Mandatory experience and skills

  • for at least 10 years of professional experience in design, management and implementation of large and complex programs
