The trading company in connection with the development of regional structures invites a candidate for the branch director vacancy.

The main tasks of the position:

• Full control of the Odesa branch;
• Analysis of the existing KB in the region, competitors, market, potential;
• Building a branch development strategy based on analytics;
• Formation of the necessary staff;
• Starting work with new clients of the region, in constant sales support;
• Implementation of sales plans for the sales team;
• Accrual of s/p;
• Logistics and warehouse management;
• Stable sales development.

Our wishes:

• higher education;
• experience as director of a branch of a trading company/territorial/regional manager;
• own sales experience in the B2B segment;
• understanding of pricing processes, bonus calculation, etc.;
• experience in team formation, work planning, strengthening team relations in order to achieve a common goal;
• knowledge of methods of expanding sales markets;
• ability to assign tasks to subordinates, control the process and obtain results;
• understanding of warehouse transport logistics processes;
• having a license and a car (advantage).
