Main tasks
- Strategic and anti-crisis personnel management
Update and implementation of HR strategy in conditions of changes, economic and security challenges. Implementation of anti-crisis HR solutions, support of restructuring and changes, optimization of the organizational structure and payroll in accordance with business needs. Ensuring staffing stability, scenario-based headcount and cost planning. - Staffing stability and risk management
Ensuring operational continuity through staffing risk management: identification and staffing of critical functions, key role replacement planning, scenario-based planning of headcount and staffing costs taking into account military and market risks. - Compensation, benefits and personnel budget
Design and development of compensation policies (pay, benefits, motivation, grading). Budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs, setting performance KPIs and controlling the use of the budget. Interaction with stakeholders in terms of remuneration policies/social guarantees and regulatory requirements. - Ensuring staffing
Building and managing a recruitment system for timely closing of critical and mass vacancies: development of sources of attraction (including youth programs), improvement of hiring quality and closing speed, standardization and automation recruiting. - HR analytics and methodology
Building a system for collecting, validating and analyzing HR data for management decisions. Development of a unified methodology of HR metrics and reporting. - Digital transformation of HR
Digitization and standardization of HR processes: automation of tasks, integration of digital tools and analytical solutions to increase the transparency, speed and quality of HR services. - Culture of performance and efficiency
Launch and development of Performance Management (goals, evaluation, development of performance), adaptation systems and management of employee experience. Development of corporate culture, inclusion, ethics and standards of conduct. Increasing involvement and knowledge retention in critical areas. - Regulatory compliance and cross-functional partnership
Ensuring compliance of HR policies with the labor legislation of Ukraine and the collective agreement. Partnership with legal and financial blocks, compliance and audit. Development of social dialogue with representative bodies of employees. - Development, training and succession
Building an effective training and development systemtku, competence management. Formation of personnel reserve and succession planning for key and critical roles in compliance with the principles of gender equality and equal opportunities. - Employer Brand and Employee Engagement
Developing the value proposition and employer brand, building a holistic employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle; organization of regular measurement of engagement and satisfaction, analysis of reasons for turnover and implementation of action plans to increase engagement, retention and quality of internal communications. - Targeted staff support programs
Implementation of programs for mobilized, veterans, IDPs, families of the dead/victims. Organization of military accounting and booking within the limits of current requirements and procedures, support for reintegration and adaptation of employees. - Administrative and economic direction and corporate services
Management of administrative and economic functions and corporate services: provision of workplaces, office infrastructure and economic services.
understanding of international HR practices. SHRM/CIPD certifications will be an advantage.
Experience in organizational design and transformations: construction/optimization of structures, population management, personnel costs and FOP, scenario planning.Practical experience in building systems for remuneration, motivation, grading and Total Rewards.Proficiency in competency assessment tools, Performance Management, personnel reserve.Systemic understanding of experience management employee and employer brand development, experience in implementing programs to attract youth.Strong analytical expertise: KPI, HR Dashboard, audits, process monitoring and risk management.Experience in implementing/using digital solutions to automate HR processes.English language proficiency at least B2-C1Overall experience in HR — from 10 years, of which at least 5 years in management positions in international or local system organizations with 5,000 or more employees.We offer:
