• Higher education in a specific field (technical fields, experience in the financial industry preferred),
• Minimum 10 years of experience in working with teams creating IT software, incl. including at least 3 years in independent management of the IT area,
• Experience in project management in an agile and waterfall approach,
• Knowledge of IT technology and current trends in the area of ​​software development,
• Focus on achieving set goals, also in a dynamically changing environment,
• Communication skills, persuasion and the ability to build authority,
