Our core values are: honest and open, learning and growing, vision, and ‘we get things done’.What you will be doing Edit high converting short form video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, incorporating elements like text overlays, dynamic transitions, and sound effects to captivate viewers.Design eye catching graphics for use in digital ads, social media posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring visual consistency with the brand’s identity and enhancing the impact of video content. Leverage various content sources, including raw footage, UGC, and stock videos, to craft thumb stopping videos that resonate with the audience and drive brand growth.Tailor content for each platform, understanding the unique nuances and requirements of social media channels to maximise impact and reach.Maintain a strong narrative flow and pacing in every video, ensuring each piece tells a compelling story while effectively conveying key marketing messages.Produce multiple versions of ads for A/B testing, continuously refining and optimising videos based on data insights to enhance performance and conversion rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to share creative ideas, provide input on social content strategies, and adapt to emerging trends and performance insights.Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to build video strategies that boost engagement, drive views, and convert into sales.Incorporate feedback and constructive criticism, iterating on video edits to enhance quality and effectiveness while adapting to quick turnarounds and changing priorities. Who you areYou might be a freelancer who is now looking for a more permanent role, or someone who is keen to dive into working at a startup. You have 2+ years of experience in direct response video ads, with a strong track record of producing content that drives conversions and achieves measurable results.You are highly familiar with social media trends and viral content formats, staying ahead of the curve to produce engaging and relevant video content.You have at least 1 year of experience working with ecommerce brands or advertising agencies, with a proven ability to create impactful content that supports marketing objectives.You are proficient in video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, and have expertise in using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create high quality graphics.You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that both video and graphic content are visually appealing and meet brand standards.You are creative, constantly generating fresh ideas for captivating content while maintaining a brand’s tone and identity.You are adaptable, capable of adjusting your approach to incorporate feedback and respond to changing trends or campaign objectives.You are a collaborative team player, able to communicate effectively and work closely with others to meet shared goals.You excel at time management, prioritising tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high quality content.You welcome constructive feedback and use it to refine your skills and improve your work.You are hungry to learn continuously, striving to become the best version of yourself and enhance your video and graphic design capabilities.You thrive in a fast paced environment, comfortable juggling multiple projects and adjusting to new priorities as needed.You are comfortable and productive working remotely, managing your workflow effectively while staying engaged with the team.You welcome and invite constructive feedback and use it to grow both personally and professionally.You are interested or involved in the fitness communityYou are comfortable and productive working remotelyYou're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description.
