We are seeking a creative and results-driven Direct Response Video Editor to join our social media ad agency. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging and high-converting video ads tailored to our clients' objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of direct response marketing, effective storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively within our team to meet client goals and deadlines.How This Role Fits Into the Organization:As part of our creative team, the Direct Response Video Editor will play a key role in shaping the visual content that drives our clients' ad performance. You will collaborate closely with our copywriters, ad strategists, and account managers to produce engaging video ads that align with the overall marketing strategy. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our agency's campaigns and client relationships.Responsibilities:Create and edit compelling direct response video ads designed for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on driving conversions.Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and account managers to develop video content that aligns with campaign objectives.Incorporate feedback from the team and clients to refine video content to optimize performance.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform guidelines to ensure content is relevant and effective.Maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelines across all video projects.Use data-driven insights to adjust creative elements and improve ad performance over time.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of video assets.Qualifications:Proven experience in video editing for direct response marketing or social media ads.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad formats (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).Ability to tell engaging stories visually while driving specific conversiongoals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English - writing & speaking) to collaborate effectively with the team and clients. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on direct response video ads or social media content. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) and how creative elements impact them.
