Direct Marketing Manager in NovaPay

The financial company "NovaPay" (the "NOVA" group of companies) announces a competition for the position of "Direct Marketing Manager".

Requirements:

• higher education
• work experience in a similar professional from 3 years
• knowledge of current trends in the field of direct marketing
• analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• experience working with customer databases and tools for data analysis
• skills for working with CRM systems
• fluency in the Ukrainian language and an intermediate level of English (Intermediate B1)

• creativity, attentiveness and sociability.

   

Main tasks:

• planning and implementation of campaigns aimed directly at consumers, such as emails, push, SMS, Viber messages
• creating effective content plans for each communication channel
• identifying target customer groups and ensuring the creation of personalized messages for each group

• providing improved targeting using customer data analysis
• evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (mail opens, clicks, conversions, etc.) and using the data to improve future campaigns
• collaborating with others by the company's departments (sales, analytics, marketing)
• maintaining, updating customer contact lists and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of their data

• conducting A/B tests to determine the most effective messages and channels communication, improvement of processes based on the obtained results.
