Direct manager in Hatniy Svit

We are an actively developing Khatniy Svit online store, and we invite to the team a responsible and attentive Direct and Content Manager for remote online work.

Responsibilities:

• Answers to customer messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and messengers
• Consulting buyers about products, availability and conditions orders
• Processing orders from live broadcasts
• Entering, updating and monitoring orders in CRM
• Adjusting product balances in CRM after broadcasts and sales
• Monitoring order statuses and monitoring them
• Publishing posts and stories in accordance with the content plan
• Preparing content for announcements and live support broadcasts
• Designing and editing product descriptions
• Maintaining the activity and engagement of pages in social networks
• Interaction with marketplace support services and delivery services regarding orders, shipments and statuses

Requirements:

• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language
• Knowledge written English
• Experience with Instagram (direct, stories, posts)
• Experience with CRM or willingness to learn quickly
• Skills in Photoshop
• Ability to use ChatGPT to create texts and optimize work processes
• Attention to details, numbers and accounting for product balances
• Responsible, organized and fast response to requests
