Requirements:

• Real experience of working with leads.  
• Literacy and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone.  
• Resistance to stress, compliance with subordination.  
• Deep understanding of Apple products.  
• Availability of proven work experience as a Direct manager.  
• Experience of remote work.  
• Mastering time management.  
• Minimum work experience — 1 year.  
• A clear and professionally designed resume.  
  
  

Working conditions:

• Format: remote work through the CRM system using ready-made scripts.  
• Schedule: flexible, divided into shifts.  
• Rest:  2 weekends per week, paid vacation.  

Responsibilities:

• Timely response to customer requests.  
• Ability to sell and offer additional services. 
• Working with objections, perfect knowledge of scripts and sales techniques.
• Implementation of a clearly defined sales plan.
