Direct manager in SMMpro

SMMpro is a leading social media lead generation company that specializes in creating client bases for partner companies. 
We are looking for a responsible and creative Direct Manager to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers and the Instagram audience, providing important information, staying connected and making our work more efficient.


The vacancy does NOT involve a remote work format!
Main duties:

- Interaction with customers through personal messages in Instagram
- Answering questions and providing information about the company's services and products< br/>- Management and support of communication with the audience, feedback and response to comments
- Maintaining customer relations and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction
- Analyzing feedback and making recommendations to improve communication and customer service

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Knowledge and understanding of Instagram and social media basics will be an advantage
< span style="font-weight: 400">- Responsibility and desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a team and with different types of clients
- Desire to learn and develop your social media skills

- Fixed rate 20,000 UAH + bonus system.

- Opening hours 5/2, from 9:30 to 19:00 (NOT REMOVED)
