Our strong, diversified presence enables us to offer consumers and clients perfectly suited solutions, for any occasion and time of day.Location: New York, NYJob OverviewAt Lavazza North America, Digital & Social Associate owns the digital marketing perimeter of the Lavazza brand team in North America. This role understands the coffee category, competition, and brand performance, supporting the brand manager in day-to-day brand tasks, while specifically owning the digital realm. The digital responsibilities encompass everything from managing Amazon upper/middle funnel strategy to setting benchmarks and monitoring performance across national media campaigns, social (organic and paid), and partnering with the eCommerce team on CRM strategy and extending marketing activations to Lavazza D2C sites. This role also supports the Lavazza Brand Manager in brand strategy projects as needed.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Amazon upper and middle funnel strategy, including display spend allocation, targeting, creative strategy, and integration with awareness tools.
