WE INVITE TO OUR TEAM A PROJECT MANAGER FOR SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS. OUR CANDIDATE HAS: higher education; work experience in the banking sector of 3 years or more; experience in writing business requirements for the introduction of new products or services; experience in negotiations at the level of company management; analytical thinking: the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from a large amount of data; a confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint; Personal qualities: proactivity, the ability to work effectively in a team, focus on results. THIS WILL BE A PLUS: Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level. Product management skills , in conducting research on customer needs and customer experience, forming a value proposition, testing product hypotheses, product metrics. Experience in sales through online channels. FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: Attracting new customers of deposit and credit profiles, debit products of the Bank; attracting customers to registration, promoting payments and transfers in the mobile application; ensuring the implementation of sales plans for specialized products; forming business requirements for optimization/modification of products, processes; attracting new partners for cooperation with the aim of attracting new customers and conducting partner marketing activities; supporting cooperation with contractors, etc. connected with mobile banking services; working with the client base, identifying clients inclined to purchase additional bank products (cross-sale credit/debit cards, PIL/ POS loans, deposits); analysis of sales metrics of profile products, sales funnels; formation of business requirements for optimization/modification of products, processes; development and implementation of new product sales projects; development of instructions and regulations within product sales projects.
