We are a Ukrainian postal and logistics operator that provides delivery of parcels, documents and cargo to any corner of Ukraine and abroad. We invite to our team:

Digital Product Manager.

Key skills and requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital products or project management.
• Knowledge of SEO, UX/UI design and trends web development.
• Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or similar).
• Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).< /li>
• Experience in setting technical tasks for developers (basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is an advantage).
• Developed communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Organization, proactivity and the ability to meet deadlines.

Main duties:

1. Site management:

• Maintaining site relevance and functionality.
• Filling the site with text, visual and multimedia content.
• Creation of new pages (landing pages, landing pages) for services, promotions, events.
• Control of feedback forms, integrations and other functional elements.

2. Coordination of SEO promotion:

• Setting goals and tasks for SEO specialists.
• Joint development of strategies to improve organic traffic and site visibility.
• Analysis of results SEO campaign and implementation of optimizations.

3. Coordination of work with developers:

• Setting technical tasks for the implementation of new site functions.
• Execution control, functional testing.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the site and operational solving technical issues.

4. Mobile application support:

• Interaction with developers to improve functionality and UX/UI.
• Coordination of updates and bug fixes.

5 . Work with digital products:

• Administration and development of online communication channels (mobile/Web Push-mails, chatbots, web offices, interactive platforms).
• Monitoring effectiveness of online channels and implementation of improvements.

6. Analytics and reporting:

• Analysis of the effectiveness of digital products.
• Formation of reports on the work performed, key metrics and results.
• Analytics of partner promotions and creation reports.

7. Collaboration with other departments:

• Coordinating plans and strategies with marketing, IT, product science and analytics departments.
• Gathering and analyzing company needs for new features or digital products.
