Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC/SMM) у GameDev in RetroStyle Games

We, RetroStyle Games 2010 year we specialize in creating 2D/3D art and iconic visuals, successfully implement complex outsource-projects and develop our own games .

We are currently looking for a talented full-time marketing and advertising specialist in our cozy office in Kyiv (Pochayna).

What you will do:

• Development, customization and optimization of advertising campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads with further analysis of their effectiveness
• Monitoring market trends to create strategies that meet business goals (outsource, product ) and aimed at achieving high ROI
• Planning of advertising activities in cooperation with the marketing team, including the creation of briefs and preparation of materials
• Analysis of campaign results with the formation of practical recommendations for them improvements.

What will be an advantage:

• Good gaming experience and deep understanding of GameDev industry trends
• Experience working with B2B segment for different geos and markets
• Understanding of SMM strategy and fundamentals of promotion through SEO
• Ability to define ideal customer portrait (ICP) and form a map of the client's journey.
