The company invites a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop digital processes and increase brand recognition in the market. The format of work is both full-time and part-time.

Main tasks:

• Analysis of market trends, changes in consumer preferences and competitor activity.
• Competitive analysis, including monitoring of online activity.
• Creation and management of marketing campaigns in social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support and optimization of company sites, ensuring their technical and visual compliance with the brand.
• Evaluation of campaign results by key indicators (conversion, attendance, behavior users) and their adaptation to new needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing in relation to SMM.
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and data skills.
• Understanding of grain trade and maritime logistics markets will be a significant advantage.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment and proactive approach.
• Ability to quickly respond to market changes and make adjustments in the campaign.
