CEO at Adroit Associates About the Role The Digital Marketing Analyst will contribute significantly to the planning, execution, and enhancement of our online marketing strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, this position will focus on refining Adroit Associates’ digital presence, elevating brand visibility, and driving website traffic. An ideal candidate would possess a passion for marketing, technology, and an interest in the international development sector.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and ImplementationManage and implement an annual strategic Digital Marketing plan, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display, and paid advertising, and targeting specific performance objectives.2. Content Creation and ManagementDevelop and implement a content strategy such as website copy, social media posts, blog posts, email campaigns, infographics, and video content for the website and social media channels.Work with the team and other department heads to develop and produce high-quality marketing collateral per the brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.3. Social Media and Website ManagementManage and grow effective social media presence across all platforms.Manage the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.4. Performance Analysis and OptimizationTrack and analyze website and digital marketing performance, using data-driven insights and tactics to optimize strategies and make recommendations for improvement.5. Trend Analysis and Team CollaborationKeep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, sharing insights with the team and integrating innovative ideas into audience-targeting strategies.Provide strategic insights to the Marketing and Communications team.Key RequirementsEducationA Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or other related fields.While not mandatory, the below certifications can provide an edge.Google Analytics CertificationGoogle Ads CertificationHubSpot Content Marketing CertificationFacebook Blueprint CertificationSEO Certification from platforms like SEMrush or Moz2. ExperienceA minimum of three years of work experience in the sector involving corporate communications, original writing and editing, and digital marketing.Experience with specific tools or platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or Constant Contact), and content management systems (like WordPress).3. Other Key CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop, implement, and adjust digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Proficiency in optimizing website content for search engines, understanding keyword research, and implementing on-page/off-page SEO techniques.Data Analytics and Interpretation: Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics, derive insights from data, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Mastery in creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for content creation, team collaboration, and presenting strategies.Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in platforms like WordPress to manage and optimize website content.Email Marketing: Expertise in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and understanding of email marketing best practices.Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.Web Analytics: Mastery of tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
