You will get:

What you will do:

• Active participation in the development digital marketing strategy;
• Communication with the advertising agency;
• Setting tasks for the agency, control and evaluation of effectiveness;
• Development of an action plan, participation in budgeting;
• Analysis of marketing activities and traffic sources;
• Planning and launch of advertising campaigns;
• Communication with the central office in Slovenia (in English);
• Moderation of the site and landing pages;
• Working with chatbots in Viber, Telegram, Messenger. Making proposals for optimization and increasing engagement;
• Analysis of competitor sites and creation of a technical task to improve the usability of the company’s current sites;
• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
• Hypothesis modeling and their testing for active advertising campaigns;
• Preparation of analytical reports: analytics by engagement channels
• Monitoring of the main indicators of advertising campaigns, search for causes of deviations and opportunities for growth;
• Automation of reporting;
• Analysis of competitive activity;
• Development of specifications for designers in accordance with legal standards.

Our team needs a colleague with

• Higher education - preferably in the field of marketing;
• Ability to work in cross-functional team;
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, SMM, e-mail marketing tools;
• Experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager;
• Ability to create selling/attractive content for social networks;
• Experience of promoting goods and services on the Internet, knowledge of the principles of contextual and media advertising;
• Ability to plan advertising campaigns on the Internet and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex tasks;
• The level of English language proficiency is Intermediate;
• Experienced user of MS Office;
• Experience in Internet marketing from 2 years.
