In this regard, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – a person who will build promotion strategies for our 20+ projects based on analytics, carefully consider the customer journey and communication channels, collaborate with the in-house marketing team, and contractors during project launches.This position is open for our offices in Lviv and Kyiv. Our ideal candidate:Has held/holds the position of a digital marketing manager in a creative agency for 2+ yearsHas experience launching advertising campaigns in both B2B and B2C segmentsIs skilled in email marketing and chatbot automationManages large contact databases, with expertise in segmentation and building personalized campaignsHas experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailerlite, SendPulse, or similar)Has experience working with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, as well as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagsConducts A/B testing to track the effectiveness of each stepHas strong copywriting skills and a keen visual sense for creating high-quality contentDemonstrates excellent soft skills and strong critical thinking abilitiesUses an analytical approach to decision-making while also demonstrating creativity and a desire to implement bold, unconventional ideasOffers high-quality solutions from scratch, while aligning with existing onesIs capable of balancing and launching multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in the tech sectorHas experience in managing and supervising contractorsA team player who easily adapts and thrives in a dynamic environmentHas an English proficiency level of B2+Can work in an office in Kyiv or Lviv and is open to business tripsWould be a plus:Experience with SEO and content marketingExperience working with WordPressKey responsibilities:Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns with contractors across different channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Monitoring key campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI) and constantly improving themUsing A/B testing to increase campaign effectivenessWorking with audiences for segmentation and data-driven targetingDeveloping, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns (email creation, automation setup, contact base segmentation)Analyzing email campaign results (OR, CTR, conversions) and implementing optimizations to improve performanceCollaborating with copywriters, designers, and developers to create creative content and launch projectsImplementing digital marketing tools and platforms to automate processes and improve resultsYou will get:The opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects that positively impact the development of the tech industry in Ukraine;The opportunity to implement your own ideas and approaches in communication strategies for 20+ projects;A motivating and supportive team;Competitive salary;Opportunities for continuous professional growth;Direct collaboration with the CEO;First-class networking with executives from over 300 tech companies, government representatives, media, and international partners.Important collaboration details:Full-time employmentWork hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to FridayOffice work in Kyiv (Arsenalna metro station, Creative States coworking) or Lviv (3 Ulas Samchuk St.)We provide a laptop, office equipment and necessary software.
