Work with all traffic channels (there are specialists from each direction in the staff, your task is communicate with them, solve current tasks, skillfully juggling the capabilities of each of the channels). We optimize, monitor the results for each of them - SEO, Target, CPC, Retention, Email, Influence. Determination of optimal product promotion strategies, maximization of conversion rates and user retention. Interaction with a team of marketers, developers and the creative department to create quality content. Conducting research market and competitor analysis. Onboarding of new members of the marketing team, quality control of their work. Analysis of data on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the provision of useful information to optimize marketing efforts. Communication with existing and potential partners and tools. Setting and monitoring the performance of tasks by the marketing team. Other related tasks set by CMO, CEO, PM. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing. Excellent management skills. Planning and task management skills. English at B1-B2 level. Responsibility and attention to detail. Good knowledge of the basics and principles of all traffic channels: SEO, Target , CPC, Retention, Email, Influence. Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 2 (will be a big plus).
