• Analytics expert: in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing tools.

• Creative thinker: the ability to generate unique ideas and bring them to life.

• Team player: excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

• Content Master: experience with TikTok, Twitter and other social media platforms targeting Generation Z and Y.

• A flexible and adaptable professional: ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and trends.

Would be an advantage:

• Previous experience in launching crypto or gaming products.

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

• SEO and ASO skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for the promotion of the gaming platform.

• Organization and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new audiences and retain current users.

• Working with influencers (LOMs) and creating affiliate programs to scale reach.

• Recruiting, coordinating and managing a team of marketers and/or promotional agencies.

• Negotiations with partners, contractors, participation in the development of joint projects and promotions.

• Analysis of the iGaming market, cryptocurrency and gambling, as well as monitoring competitors.

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and partner programs, optimization of marketing costs.

• Ensuring the achievement of key marketing indicators on time.
