How We Envision Our Future Team Member
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in the B2C segment; understanding how sales work.
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work.
- Understanding of SEO, SMM, and PPC algorithms.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, and their relationship to the company's financial results.
- Ability to work in a team, plan your work, and organize the team's work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary point of contact between the marketing and product management teams.
- Prioritize marketing goals and manage product marketing content.
- Create marketing strategies and content for new product specifications and user engagement.
- Form and build the processes for the development department.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content).
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align marketing strategies with overall company goals and vision.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
