Our activities focus on helping the most vulnerable Ukrainians: orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and victims of violence. We evacuate families from the front lines and territories temporarily occupied by Russia, and we are the only aid organization that regularly organizes rescue missions to return forcibly deported children to Ukraine. Save Ukraine unites dozens of organizations and hundreds of volunteers to help those affected by war and restore their lives.

What you will do in our team:

  • Conducting marketing research to identify potential markets, target audiences, and the competitive environment.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and offline channels to encourage support for the foundation’s activities from international donors, national governmental and municipal institutions, and society at large.
  • Budgeting and expense control for project promotion activities.
  • Optimizing the foundation’s website and its content to improve search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Organizing the creation of marketing materials, including landing pages, presentations, and case studies to promote the organization’s services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with designers to develop branded materials.
  • Launching and managing advertising campaigns in digital and offline channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Cooperating with the event manager, communications team, and fundraising department to prepare materials for meetings with current and potential donors (value propositions, messaging boxes).
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting the strategy based on results.
  • Preparing reports on the implementation of marketing activities and achieved KPIs.

What we expect:

  • Experience in marketing and leading marketing projects (at least 5 years).
  • Knowledge of modern marketing and advertising tools and technologies.
  • High-level strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • English B2.
