We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager (retail)- remote, but in Ukraine

Interesting tasks await you, such as:

• Analysis of the market, product and marketing communications of competitors in Digital channels;
• Management of marketing bbudget of the Digital direction, distribution of resources and control of cost effectiveness;
• Management and development of current Digital channels, search and connection of new ones;
• Setting tasks and KPIs for agencies, monitoring the results of completed tasks (SEO , PPC, SMM);
• Working with the customer base, launching loyalty mechanics, implementing trigger chains, mailings based on the ready-made CDP;
• Interaction with CPA networks/sites;
• Composing tasks for finalizing the site for your tasks;
• Planning and monitoring the placement of promotions on the company's official websites (breezy.xx);
• Communication with contractors, document flow control at own expense;
• Efficiency tracking (Power BI + GA4).

We are exactly in the same direction if y you:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a similar position and above (E-commerce);
• Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable results ;
• Sure knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CPA networks (retention marketing tools);
• Deep understanding of SEO and technical aspects of the site;
• Practical experience in working with contextual advertising (PPC);
• Practical experience of working with CRM-marketing channels (e-mail newsletters, messengers, web pushers, etc.);
• Estimation and budget management skills , planning and forecasting.
